1. Nature of Services

We offer digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Content Management System (CMS) setup

  • E-commerce integrations

  • Custom web solutions

These are intangible, non-returnable digital services, and as such, traditional returns do not apply.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Before Project Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If you do not receive the agreed-upon service within the stated or mutually agreed timeline and we are unable to provide a valid explanation or resolution.

  • Major Deficiencies: If the final delivery does not match the scope agreed upon and no resolution is provided after revisions or discussions.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started or been delivered as per scope.

  • Delays caused due to incomplete information or lack of communication from the client’s side.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the project has been delivered per the approved scope.

  • Domain, hosting, or third-party tool/service purchases made on the client’s behalf.

  • Custom coding or one-time services where intellectual work has been completed.


4. Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled mid-way through development due to client request, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus the cost of work already completed.


5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at contact@parveenwebdevs.com within 7 days of delivery or issue. Include:

  • Your full name

  • Project or order reference

  • Reason for requesting the refund

  • Supporting documentation if applicable

We aim to resolve all refund requests within 7 business days.


6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a dispute through PayPal or your payment provider, we request that you contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues professionally and promptly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to service suspension and forfeiture of future support.
