Return & Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer returns. However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Project Not Started
If a project is cancelled before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund.Delayed Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your service within the agreed timeline and no communication has been made to extend the deadline, a partial or full refund may be considered.Service Not As Described
If the delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing, you may be eligible for a partial refund after review.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not provide refunds in the following situations:
Change of mind after service initiation
Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete requirements from the client
Custom development or personalized configurations already completed
Third-party service costs (such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, etc.)

Your full name and contact details
Project or invoice number
Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3–5 business days with a resolution or additional questions if needed.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are returned to the original method of payment.
If the transaction was processed via a third-party platform (e.g., PayPal), their terms may also apply.
